Suitable for grinding
- dry grains: wheat and its varieties, rye, rice, barley, and similar grains
- gluten-free alternatives: buckwheat, millet, quinoa, corn, dry legumes: yellow peas, chickpeas, lentils, soybeans, dried chestnuts
What not to grind
Do not grind moist grains or oily seeds such as nuts, poppy seeds, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax, sesame, or cocoa beans.
It is recommended to grind only the amount you will use immediately, because whole grain flour and flakes lose quality during long storage.
Construction and maintenance
Grinding is done by small conical grinding stones made of very hard corundum in ceramic bonding.
For longer service life, it is recommended to lubricate the three gears behind the drive cover about once every six months using food-grade lubricant.
The package includes two clamps for attaching the mill to a table.
